Apexia Poll is a free service run by Apexia Group Limited. By creating or voting on a poll you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Apexia Poll for anything illegal, for harassment, hate, threats, spam, or to collect personal data without consent. Polls that break these rules are removed and repeat offenders are blocked. Anyone can report a poll from the link at the bottom of it.

Your polls

You are responsible for the polls you create. Anonymous polls are managed through a private link; keep it safe, as anyone with it can edit or delete the poll. We may delete anonymous polls that have had no votes for a long period. Signed-in users' polls are kept while the account exists.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it running but make no guarantees and are not liable for loss arising from downtime or data loss. Please export anything important.
